1. Together make a declutter/repair/staging list with owners with a stated date for completion.
2. Replace blown light bulbs.
3. Outside keep trash barrels out of sight.
4. Remove any objects that are not part of the landscaping.
5. Provide contact phone #'s to assist owners with clean up, repairs, etc.
Day of appt outside.
6. Park in the street or away from home.
7. Hide trash barrels.
8. Close garage doors.
